1. Orders & Product Representation
By placing an order with Dress Up by Iqra Junaid, you agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information. We strive to present true-to-life photography, colors, and textures. However, slight variations may occur due to device screen calibration and hand-dyed textile batches.
2. Pricing & Currency
All listed prices are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing typographical errors prior to dispatch.
3. Bespoke Services & Tailoring Deposits
Custom dress design, made-to-measure stitching, and alterations require mutual written approval of measurements and fabric details. Advance deposits on custom commissions are non-refundable once fabric cutting has commenced.
4. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable commercial and consumer laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in Bahawalpur, Punjab.
